Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems. Inspect and review plumbing layouts, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Assign tasks to plumbers, monitor progress, and ensure all work is completed to a high standard. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety, quality, and compliance with local plumbing codes. Troubleshoot plumbing issues on-site and provide solutions to ensure minimal disruption to project schedules. Coordinate with other supervisors and departments to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems with other construction activities. Prepare and maintain detailed records of work completed, materials used, and any changes to project plans. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.

Requirements:

Diploma or trade certification in Plumbing or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Supervisor in construction projects, preferably in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations in the UAE. Proven ability to supervise plumbing installations for large-scale or high-rise building projects. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
