Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

Creating detailed plumbing system layouts, including pipe sizing, equipment selection, and drainage systems.

Technical Drawings:

Preparing construction documents like plans and specifications using CAD software.

Collaboration:

Working with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure proper integration and functionality of plumbing systems.

Code Compliance:

Ensuring all designs meet local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.

Cost Estimation:

Providing cost estimates for plumbing projects and managing budgets.

On-site Supervision:

Conducting site visits to oversee installation, inspect work, and address any issues.

Troubleshooting:

Resolving any plumbing system issues that arise during construction or operation.

Material Selection:

Choosing appropriate materials and equipment for plumbing systems.

Staying Current:

Keeping up-to-date with industry standards and new technologies.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for plumbing systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
