Plumbing Engineer
Job Description
Plumbing Engineer with extensive experience in Hospital and High Riser projects.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders.
Review architectural and structural drawings to align plumbing designs accordingly.
Attend project coordination meetings and site inspections.
Select appropriate materials (pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, etc.) based on system requirements and environmental conditions.
Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications.
Oversee plumbing installation at site to ensure quality and adherence to approved drawings.
Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and testing (e.g., pressure testing, leak testing).
Identify and resolve design or site execution issues related to plumbing systems.
Provide technical support to the construction and maintenance teams.
