The

Plumber

is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across assigned facilities. This includes water supply, drainage, sanitation, and related piping networks to ensure efficient, safe, and uninterrupted services in compliance with UAE regulations and facility management standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipelines. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems. Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and damages in piping and plumbing fixtures. Test and inspect plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Support installation of pumps, valves, heaters, filters, and other plumbing-related equipment. Maintain accurate service logs, job reports, and spare parts usage. Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues and service requests. Ensure safe use of plumbing tools and equipment, complying with company and UAE safety regulations. Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and contractors to support facility operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Certificate / ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or related trade. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as a Plumber, preferably within facility management in the UAE. Strong knowledge of water supply systems, drainage networks, sanitary installations, and pump operations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and piping layouts. Familiarity with UAE plumbing codes and standards. Good communication skills in English. Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Working Conditions

On-site role in Abu Dhabi facilities. Requires flexibility for shift work, overtime, and emergency call-outs. * Physical ability to work in confined spaces, handle tools, and perform labor-intensive tasks.
