Job Description

Position Summary

Improve customers\' purchase experience and maximize sales by devising platform strategies, collecting business requests, developing services and spreading them globally.

Contribute to sales and conduct tasks including promotions and strategic task launching effectively through stable platform operation.

Lay a solid foundation for stable platform operation through infrastructure advancement and security/performance (Website\'s download
speed and back-end performance)/architecture enhancement.

Role and Responsibilities

Operations Optimization:
  • Proven ability to identify process gaps, develop strategic initiatives, and implement best practices, resulting in enhanced productivity.
  • Skilled in analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies for operational excellence.
  • Building robust solutions for optimizing operations to maximize efficiency.
Platform Stabilization:
  • Expert in identifying and resolving platform issues to ensure system stability and minimize downtime.
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive platform health checks and implementing robust monitoring systems to proactively detect and address potential disruptions.
  • Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and improve platform reliability.
New Integrations/Projects:
  • Successfully Lead the implementation of new integrations and projects, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.
  • Experienced in coordinating with various stakeholders, including technology partners and vendors, to define project requirements, impediments, provide alternative solutions and manage project timelines.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, enabling efficient project management and effective communication across teams.
Automations:
  • Deep knowledge of automation tools and techniques to drive process efficiencies and reduce manual efforts.
  • Proficient in identifying opportunities for automation, developing automation strategies, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
  • Skilled at leveraging automation to optimize workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance operational scalability.
Innovations:
  • Passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement within the ecommerce domain.
  • Track record of introducing innovative ideas, technologies, and processes to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experiences.
  • Skilled at fostering a culture of innovation, encouraging creative thinking, and implementing innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Incident and Problem Management Process:
  • Proficient in managing incidents and problems to ensure prompt resolution and minimize impact on business operations.
  • Skilled at developing and implementing incident and problem management processes, including incident identification, categorization, prioritization, and escalation.
  • Experienced in conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to mitigate future incidents.
Technology Evaluation and Adoption:
  • Experienced in evaluating new technologies and assessing their potential impact on operations and business outcomes.
  • Proficient in conducting technology assessments, performing cost-benefit analyses, and making recommendations for technology adoption.
  • Skilled at managing technology implementations and ensuring successful integration into existing systems and processes.
Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in the field of Technology/Engineering or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business.
  • At least 8 years of experience in tech lead roles with minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in the online sphere and project management experience.
  • Prior experience in ecommerce platform development & project management with large multinational.
  • Ability to manage middle management stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with quick turnaround.
  • SAP, ERP and Hybris knowledge is preferred.
  • Understanding of basic concepts of ecommerce business
  • Exposure to client facing roles providing tech & project support
