The Senior Project Manager will be accountable for delivery of managing programs which in turn drives the commercial growth within the company. You will onboard the client to Fiserv platform which will include greenfield implementation as well as migration of existing customer base. We are looking for a talented delivery focussed individual who has the relevant experience and can make a positive difference What will you do? Manage large programme for a Fiserv customer. Own delivery of the programme and manage the stakeholders Manage internal delivery of various workstreams – IT Security/Development/Testing/Training/Operations/Business Solutions etc. Create and manage High Level and detailed project plan identifying critical path, key dependencies. Regularly manage RAID with early escalation where required Key contact point for the client – help with client’s plan, identify risks and dependencies and find ways of mitigating them. Manage internal and external Steering meetings. Guide the client with best practices; provide consultancy with key programme phases. Implement strong Governance and reporting for the programme. Manage day to day client activities and escalations. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in managing business and technology changes 5+ years of experience in managing large programs Consultancy background with good understanding of digitization; preferably in merchant acquiring space. Ability to challenge and negotiate various activities, timelines – both internally and externally. Ability to identify, track and mitigate key risks to the programme.
