Job Description
As Platform Manager, you will oversee the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. You will lead the migration from Oracle EBS and manage the full lifecycle of Oracle applications.
- Lead Oracle Fusion implementation and migration from Oracle EBS
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Oracle platform evolution
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to shape enhancements and new features
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective release management
- Drive agile practices and continuous improvement across platform operations
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field
- 8-10+ years' experience managing Oracle platforms
- Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture and best practices
- Proven ability to manage external partners and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
