Purpose and Summary:
§ To Supervise the daily activities The company plants operation to ensure it's continuous, in a safe, reliable, efficient, and optimum condition. Providing product at design conditions.
To provide a periodic report on plants operation, issues, and requirements, as well as manage staff performance and provide recommendations
Key Deliverables:
§ Supervises plants staff in the daily routines and coordinates shift staffing levels.
§ Planning task distribution, delegation, and supervision.
§ Enforces rules and regulations of an organization.
§ Managing workflow, designing standard operating procedures.
§ Involved in employee's development through performance valuation, training, guidance, and career advancement s opportunities.
§ Lead and motivate subordinates through delegation, discipline, problem solving & efficient communication.
§ Prepares the monthly plants operations reports, shares the same with the concerned stakeholders, and ensure information is utilized effectively.
§ Supervise the monitoring of the equipment operation.
§ Planning, scheduling, and supervision of the routine maintenance.
§ Coordinates for preventive and predictive maintenance with Superintendent and Managers.
§ Coordinates with HSE officer to ensure a safe, healthy environment for individuals as well as the maximum level of quality and healthy environment.
§ Manages the housekeeping of all plants.
§ Ensures safe keeping and adequacy of tools for maintenance routine in all plants.
§ Maintains security of the plants.
§ Lead, monitor, and guide the department and team performance in an ongoing basis.
§Liaises and coordinate with suppliers and contractors as and when required
§ Supervises the continuous operation of the facility to perform at design conditions during isolation, planned, predictive, and emergency breakdown procedures.
§ Ensures plants run as per budget and that financial profitability is guaranteed at the utmost level.
§ Participate in related projects and initiatives as assigned or other related duties as assigned by line manager.
Requirements
Experience:
§ 5 to 10 years of relevant experience of which minimum 3 yours as supervisor.
Qualifications:
§ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
§ Preferred Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
