Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Supervisor / Plant Manager Assistant

to support the Plant Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure smooth production processes, adherence to quality standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Plant Manager in day-to-day plant operations and production planning. Supervise production teams and coordinate workflow to meet targets and deadlines. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Maintain accurate production reports and documentation. Assist in inventory management, including raw materials and finished products. Support training, mentoring, and development of production staff. Collaborate with other departments, including Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or plant operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety procedures. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
