Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Crushing Plant Supervisor

to lead and oversee the operations of our crushing plant facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of crushers, screens, and related heavy equipment, and will be responsible for ensuring production targets, equipment maintenance, and employee performance meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily crushing plant operations, including production targets, maintenance, and shift schedules. Plan and coordinate loading/unloading of materials and equipment mobilization. Inspect and ensure the efficient running of all crushers, screens, conveyors, and ancillary equipment. Assign tasks to plant operators, welders, fabricators, and general workers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs at all times. Liaise with management, maintenance, logistics, and HSE teams. Monitor fuel, raw material, and spare part usage and initiate procurement where necessary. Conduct regular plant inspections, troubleshoot breakdowns, and oversee preventive maintenance. Prepare daily production and downtime reports and ensure data accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized plant environment.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in operating or supervising crushing and screening plants. Strong knowledge of jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, vibrating screens, and stackers. Understanding of steel fabrication, welding jobs, and structural assembly is an added advantage. Proficiency in reading plant layout drawings and coordinating equipment setup. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations (preferably with NEBOSH/OSHA certifications).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing mobile and fixed crushing units. Familiarity with quarry, recycling, or mining plant operations. UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license are an advantage.
