Responsibilities: Essential duties would include:

Managing all aspects of production, ensuring crop availability and high quality
Managing all delivery operations and ensuring 100% satisfaction with customers. Deliveries to be on time, as promised and 100% fulfilled.
Analyzing existing operations recommending improvements.
Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectations.
Ensuring seeds, consumables, packing materials and other supplies are regularly restocked.
Scheduling repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment and machinery.
Ensuring all staff adheres to health and safety regulations.
Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
Collaborating with senior staff to prepare budgets and financial reports.

Requirements:

MEP engineer with a minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the food or pharmaceutical industries.
Bachelors or above from one of the reputed engineering universities and a good schooling background.
Team leadership / management skills are essential.
Must have good personal values, work ethics, exude positivity and initiative and demonstrate pride in the quality of his work.
