Sunridge Foods Private Limited, one of the leading FMCG sector operate across Pakistan. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic FMCG Factory Plant Manager to oversee Flour division production and operations of our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production processes, optimizing productivity, maintaining quality standards, and managing the overall operations of the plant.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet sales and demand forecasts, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and meeting production targets.
• Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and supplies required for production.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Continuously assess and enhance operational efficiency by implementing best practices, process improvements, and automation technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, maintenance, and quality control, to streamline operations and resolve any operational issues.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures, conducting regular inspections, and implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage the plant\'s annual budget, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality and safety.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste minimization, and process optimization through data analysis and lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a managerial role within an FMCG manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of production and operations management principles, lean manufacturing, and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
