Job Description

Bottling and distribution of Packed Gas: shift supervision, planning the loads as per market requirements. Performs engineering coordination of gas distribution facilities installations (new and replacement gas mains, services and meter set facilities) Review completed work orders and cost data to assure conformance with plans and acceptability. Carrying out routine calibration maintenance visits, Responding to fault calls Workshop repairs to be carried out Provide an Engineering link between the overhaul facilities and the OEM Engineering team whilst ensuring Service requirements are being addressed Quality control checks on LPG Cylinders, Valves, Regulators & other consumables Optimum utilization of available packed trucks for the distribution of loads. Inventory Management & Reconciliation (LPG Cylinders, Valves, Regulators, & other consumables). Maintain proper documentation and records of stock as specified by management Supervision of the Retesting of cylinders activity. Easy monitoring of Stock Loss of Bulk LPG. Sunning Maintenance of Electronic Carousel, online downstream equipment and chain conveyor system. MIS (Management Information System): Prepare the Monthly Plant Operations report in coordination with other departments and forward it to Management. Ensure that firefighting equipment is maintained in peak readiness and proper training is imparted to staff in proper usage. Upkeep & periodic maintenance of Safety equipment consisting of Fire engines, Safety Relief valves, Remote Operated valves, Unloading arms for decanting, high-level alarms of Pressure Vessels, PPES, Sprinklers, Fire Extinguishers, Hydrant points and monitors, Deluge Valves. Fulfilling Statutory requirements of the plant, Handling Emergency situations in the plant & outside the plant and conducting training for company workers, contract labourers, and plant security staff frequently. Ensuring execution of works in the plant with proper work permit system. Meeting requirements of OISD standards, ISO standards for Quality, Environment and Safety Management systems Repetitively connect and disconnect tanks to Plant equipment to empty and fill the tanks with resin. Monitor regeneration equipment and notify supervision/maintenance of any equipment or process-related concern or defect.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor in Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical). 2 -5 years' experience in a Gas Filling Plant as Plant Engineer - operation / technical. Well, knowledge of the LPG & Industrial

Should be able to retain technical knowledge, understanding, and skill and be able to consistently demonstrate the competencies gained. Customer-service oriented and excellent organisational skills.
