We are seeking an experienced Concrete Bench Plant Engineer to oversee and optimize operations at our concrete bench manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and manage plant operations effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily operations of the concrete bench plant. Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet project requirements. Oversee mix design, batching, casting, and curing processes. Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Monitor production efficiency and implement process improvements. Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product standards. Maintain and optimize plant equipment and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 7 years of experience in a concrete bench plant or similar precast environment. Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, production techniques, and plant operations. Proficiency in using production management software and tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
