Planning & Scheduling Engineer – Fabrication Projects

Job Description
Objective:
To develop and control the master schedule for the fabrication customized generator canopies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the project's detailed production schedule. Track daily progress and compare it against baseline plans. Forecast material and manpower needs and coordinate with relevant departments. Create daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and Gantt charts. Support procurement in identifying lead-time items. Raise early warning alerts to management in case of delay risks. Participate in internal planning reviews and client progress meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. 3-5 years' experience in industrial project scheduling. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera. Knowledge of fabrication workflows and machine capacities. Analytical and proactive problem-solving attitude.
