The Role

Guildhall is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to support a major marine construction project in Sharjah. The role involves managing project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools. - Monitor progress and prepare regular progress reports. - Identify potential delays and recommend recovery plans. - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to align project timelines. - Manage resource allocation, manpower planning, and equipment utilization. - Support project management in forecasting and reporting.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Marine, or related Engineering discipline. - Strong background in planning and scheduling within marine or coastal projects. - Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills. - Available immediately or with a short notice period.
