Job Description

We are looking for a Planning Manager oversees the strategic planning process, ensuring that all projects and initiatives align with an organization's goals and objectives. This role involves analyzing data, forecasting future needs, and coordinating with various departments to ensure effective execution of plans. Planning Managers also manage budgets, monitor performance, and may lead a team of planning professionals. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing effective planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Data Analysis and Forecasting:

Analyzing market trends, financial data, and operational performance to create actionable plans.

Project Management:

Overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Resource Allocation:

Managing resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and budget.

Coordination:

Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.

Performance Monitoring:

Tracking progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.

Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with projects and plans.
