The Role

Planning Manager - High Rise Buildings - Tier 1 Buildings Main Contractor Up to 50,000 AED Per Month + Flights, Medical & Bonus 40 + 50 Storey High Rise Towers based 10Minutes from Business Bay - Dubai. Working alongside an experience Arabic Project Director on site you will lead the planning team on site. Project 2 High-Rise Towers 1 Pure Residential 1 Commercial, Hotel & Branded Residence Sitting on site you will be the Planning Manager (No1) working alongside the Corporate Head of Planning in the Head Office. You will be experienced enough to add value at pre-construction and execution stages on site. Managing the program , implementing change management and working will all parties to ensure that issues are raised early and handled in the right manner. Responsibilities o Monitoring project program & schedule for short term and long o Track project's performance metrics & key performance indicators (KPIs) o Monitor & manage project risks, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks / opportunities



Requirements

Planning Manager handed at least 2 No High Rise Project in the UAE for reputable Main Contractors o Strong analytical skills and a calmness o Degree in Civil Engineering o Primavera P6 Software experience and Project Management Tools Salary: AED Up to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
