Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Planning Manager

to lead and oversee all project planning activities across our operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all planning efforts align with contractual, operational, and strategic goals. This role is critical to driving on-time delivery, optimizing resources, and supporting high-quality execution across construction and environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules across multiple workstreams and sites using

Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Monitor progress and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with contractual timelines and milestones. Identify scheduling risks, critical path issues, and potential delays, and propose practical mitigation strategies. Lead coordination between internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to maintain schedule accuracy and responsiveness. Prepare and present detailed planning reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools to senior management and clients. Ensure planning deliverables comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Support project teams in resource planning, sequencing, and overall project control strategy. Contribute to continual improvement of planning processes, tools, and systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum

7-10 years

of progressive planning experience in the construction, infrastructure, or environmental sector. Strong command of

Primavera P6

, Microsoft Project, and other planning/reporting tools. Proven experience in handling multi-disciplinary project schedules and high-value contracts. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. Experience in

environmental restoration

landscape ecology

, or

green infrastructure

is a strong advantage. Must be available for full-time,

site-based work

in Dubai. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
