Planning Manager

The Planning Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive project master development schedules and timelines for large-scale mixed-use development projects. This role ensures effective coordination across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, aligning project milestones with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The Planning Manager drives proactive planning strategies to mitigate risks, optimize resource allocation, and facilitate timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project master schedules and work plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to align schedules. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed. Conduct scenario planning and schedule risk analysis to identify potential delays. Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

10+ years of experience in planning and scheduling within real estate development companies.*
Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Excel Gantt Charts, Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong understanding of large mixed-use development project complexities. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to analyse complex schedules and forecast potential impacts on project delivery.
