Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and monitor the Project Master Programme and design schedules across all project phases, ensuring alignment with client goals, authority approvals, and stakeholder inputs.
- Coordinate with design consultants, supervision consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to track and optimize delivery timelines for design, procurement, and construction activities.
- Prepare and manage look-ahead programmes (weekly/biweekly/monthly), progress dashboards, risk registers, and executive summaries for management review.
- Lead and manage construction programme performance, ensuring timely delivery of design documents, approvals, and site coordination, including logistics, contractor resources, and temporary facility planning.
- Conduct progress monitoring, site visits, reporting, and coordinate with consultants for technical reviews, RFIs, and shop drawing timelines.
- Manage and monitor claims and variations, advise on risk mitigation strategies, and maintain a robust claims and risk register with scenario planning and cost impact analysis.
- Interface with contractors and consultants to track procurement, approvals, site implementation, commissioning, and contract closeout activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
