We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and delays.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely execution.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on project status.
Implement planning tools and best practices to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Planning Manager in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
