Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Analyze delays and prepare recovery plans
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
Prepare baseline, updates, and look-ahead schedules
Support claims and extension of time (EOT) submissions
Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
Minimum
8-10 years UAE experience
in construction projects
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6
Experience in high-rise / infrastructure / villa projects (as applicable)
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Immediate or short notice availability
UAE experience is mandatory
