Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Planning Manager

to lead project planning and scheduling activities across our construction projects. The role will ensure proper project control, resource allocation, and reporting to achieve timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using

Primavera P6 / MS Project

. Lead the planning team in preparing baseline programs, recovery schedules, and progress updates. Analyze project delays and provide mitigation plans. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align planning with execution. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management and clients. Monitor manpower, equipment, and material resources against project needs. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and provide claims support when needed. Train and mentor junior planners to improve department performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

10+ years' experience

in planning/scheduling with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong expertise in

Primavera P6

and project management tools. Solid knowledge of construction processes (high-rise, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects). Understanding of

contractual requirements (FIDIC preferred)

. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. PMP / PSP certification is an advantage.
