We are looking for a

multi-skilled Planning Engineer

who has solid experience in

both Planning and QA/QC functions

, along with strong technical expertise in

Primavera P6

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all project activities are executed in compliance with quality standards and timelines.

You will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and QA/QC teams to ensure that all phases of the project -- from planning to execution -- are well-coordinated, efficiently managed, and meet both schedule and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using

Primavera P6

, integrating all phases from design to commissioning. Combine

planning and QA/QC functions

by embedding quality control milestones and inspection schedules into the project timeline. Assist in preparing method statements, ITPs, and other QA/QC documentation aligned with planning activities. Coordinate with site teams and engineers to align schedule updates with real-time project progress and site conditions. Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and recommend recovery actions to avoid delays. Analyze critical paths, resource allocations, and performance variances to provide forecasting reports and schedule updates. Support the

QA/QC team

in tracking inspections, non-conformities, and testing schedules, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Provide technical input during project planning stages to align QA/QC requirements with the project schedule. Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure QA/QC compliance with project standards. Generate periodic progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. Perform delay analysis and prepare mitigation plans in coordination with the project team. Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling and quality processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of

QA/QC experience in construction

, with exposure to

Primavera P6 and planning workflows.

In-depth knowledge of QA/QC procedures, materials testing, and inspection protocols. Working experience in Primavera P6 for project tracking and schedule integration. Strong technical understanding of construction and engineering processes Familiarity with local and international construction quality standards. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MS Project or similar tools is an advantage. Good interpersonal and coordination skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage. Experience in

infrastructure projects

. Knowledge of cost tracking, resource management, and document control tools.
