contractors or PMC
on complex construction developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain
project schedules
using
Primavera P6
Monitor project progress and update schedules in line with actual site performance
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Prepare and analyze
look-ahead programs
, delay analysis, and recovery plans
Track resource usage, procurement schedules, and cost impacts
Manage and control project documents and communications using
Aconex
Generate regular progress reports for management and stakeholders
Support in project risk identification and mitigation planning
Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and project KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 6 years of UAE experience
in a Planning role (Mandatory)
Experience working with
Contractors or Project Management Consultants (PMC)
Strong background in
high-rise building projects
Proficient in
Primavera P6
Expert-level knowledge of Aconex
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
