Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Planning Engineer

to join our team and lead project scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination activities across our interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Primavera P6

, a solid understanding of

BOQs and project timelines

, and proven expertise in

preparing EOT (Extension of Time) claims

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, aligned with BOQs, signed contracts, and overall project requirements. Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate sequencing, resource allocation, and cost tracking. Monitor project progress, update schedules on a weekly basis, and prepare comprehensive dashboards and progress reports for management and clients. Prepare and submit EOT requests in the event of project delays, ensuring all justifications and supporting documentation are in place. Support pre-contract planning by developing preliminary schedules for upcoming projects.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in planning and scheduling within the

interior fit-out

industry. Proficiency in

Primavera P6

, with a strong grasp of BOQs, cost allocation, and project control principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in the preparation of EOT claims. Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports for internal teams and clients.
