Job Requirement:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering is a must.

Must have at least 3 years of relevant UAE experience in a reputed organization.

:

Preparation, submission and updating of the project master programme

Preparation, submission, follow-up and updating of: Project detailed construction programme, Project material procurement schedule, Project shop drawing schedule, Project cost loaded schedule, Project Labour histograms, Project short term programmes (weekly, monthly...)

Follow-up sub-contractors programmes.

Initiation/responding to all planning/time related correspondence to Engineers/Sub-contractors

Preparation and issue of necessary reports (weekly, monthly) to Head Office and/or Client.

Attend all site coordination meetings with the Engineer/Sub-contractors as needed.

Preparation and maintenance of the project As Built Programme.

Maintenance of production rates for equipment and labour for all trades.

Liaison, preparation and issue of all time impact programmes to substantiate/support claims if applicable) at the post construction stage.

Prepare feedback for all production rates of all tasks at the post construction stage.

Perform Adhoc tasks as required by line manager to support the department's workload.

Always align work ethics to company objectives and continuously seek improvement towards work responsibilities.

Participates in company HR programs in staff engagement, talent development and other initiatives to improve performance and professionalism at work.
