We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Engineer for a reputed Interior Fit-Out company based in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of proven experience in project planning within the interior fit-out industry and must be capable of managing timelines, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, manage, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and procurement teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor daily/weekly progress and prepare status reports highlighting any risks, delays, or deviations.
Plan resources, materials, and manpower in alignment with project deadlines.
Review project drawings and BOQs to align planning output with site requirements.
Track variations and update schedules accordingly.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
3-4 years of UAE experience in project planning within the interior fit-out industry.
Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
Good knowledge of construction workflow, material sequencing, and resource allocation.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
