Our Client A leading construction company is seeking a

Planning Engineer

(Civil-building)to lead the planning and scheduling activities for their ongoing and upcoming projects in Qatar.

QAR 10,000 (Full Package)

Duty Hours:

10 hrs + 1 hr lunch break(Friday Off

Qualification:

B.E. - Civil Engineering

Experience:

4-5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled

Planning Engineers (Civil)

to support our ongoing building project requirements. The selected candidates will assist in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of construction schedule for the tendering purpose. Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Preparation of master project construction programme, Baseline Schedule and get approval from clients/consultants for new jobs and take the approval from consultant /client. Collect daily/weekly progress data from site teams. Analyze deviations from baseline and determine reasons for delays. Prepare the recovery schedules. Provide information in preparation of technical submittal for the tenders. Updating and monitoring of the construction program of ongoing projects. Maintaining the copy of the construction programme various ongoing projects. Generate weekly/monthly progress reports.Prepare S-curves, histograms, and earned value (EVM) charts Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) using the CPM method, Support claim preparation with detailed schedule evidence and justification Implement the Quality, Safety and Environmental management requirements of company.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in

Primavera P6

and

MS Project

. Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
