to join our dynamic MEP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and quantity surveying for large-scale MEP projects. This position requires coordination with project managers, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Prepare project resource histograms, cash flow, and S-curves.
Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Prepare interim payment applications, variations, and claims.
Review subcontractor invoices and coordinate with procurement and finance teams.
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management.
Support cost control measures and value engineering exercises.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and site teams on planning and cost-related matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an MEP contracting environment.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
Sound knowledge of MEP systems and construction methods.
Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract conditions is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
