Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare daily/weekly project reports and update progress trackers.
Support in resource planning, material follow-up, and documentation.
Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
Ensure proper communication between project and site teams.
Maintain project documentation and assist in preparing project submittals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2 to 3 years of experience
in a civil
construction company
is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of site execution
and project workflows.
Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Driving license not required.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
