Job Title: Planning and Energy Markets Directors Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience: 3 - 5 Years Industry : Energy sector Language: Required excellent in English and Arabic
JOB DESCRIPTION: Direct and oversee the development and implementation of the review and approval of associated analysis, and act as a key link between generation planning and expansion statements and transmission/distribution planning statements. Lead on all technical and commercial matters related to nuclear units to ensure safe, secure, economical delivery and system integration. Direct and oversee annual reliability assessment and criticality analysis of the gas supply, generation/production, and treatment facilities & network systems Support development and system integration of new production facilities and the new nuclear and renewables program in particular. Deep understanding of key issues (strategic, technological, technical, commercial, environmental, and socio-economic) of relevance to the energy sector Deep understanding of transmission system operation and practices Deep understanding of risk management processes and concepts Deep understanding of sector risk and its consequent impact on the licensed entities operating within the Sector
