Outlet / Clearance Store Stocks & Pricing Management

Monitor the Outlet Stock & Build the stocks based on capacity & online with Supply Planning. Continues Follow up with stores to build the 18+ Month Stocks to Outlet. Weekly Validate the Promotion Price and get update based on guidelines with proper approval. Maintain the Clearance Location Stocks based on Norms. Identify the not approved transfer to Outlet, especially new season

Sharing Consolidation File and Tracking Execution

Share the Consolidation file to Stores & Track the Execution and share with concern team

Defective Write-off

Prepare the Defective stocks Approval for Write-off and get approval from Finance. Create the Dummy Order to add the sellable stocks into system for Write-off stocks. Allocate the Dummy stocks to Outlet or Clearance sale location based on performance.

Stock Take Data Analyze

Based on Stock take data: Back Store Vs Floor Stocks Analyze, identify if any stocks are missing in display Specially Hang sell and Accessories.
Ageing stocks identification. Analyze the report and share with the Concern Team

Ecom Stock Analyze

Analyze the Ecom Stocks. Make sure all the options are allocated in the Ecom Location, any variance follow up with Supply Planning. Monitor the Fast-Moving items & Make sure the availability in Ecom. Suggest the Slow-moving items removal from Ecom. Ecom Vs UPL Stock Adjustment.
