A leading Oil & Gas company is looking to hire experienced Production Scheduler & Planner
Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 8000 – 10,000 + other benefits
 
Job Role –
• Analyzes, plans, initiates, and implements all applicable supply planning-related efforts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Proactively identifies bottlenecks or areas that would delay supply chain movement, delay production, and/or result in significant supply commit impact.
• Recommend and coordinate procedures for the effective planning, scheduling, utilization of materials, equipment, labor, warehousing, and shipping to provide on-time products to customers in a cost-effective manner.
• Takes actions to prevent delays and negative financial impact and involves other departments and management as necessary to resolve issues
• Maintain a constant focus dedicated to quality control, on-time delivery, safety, and process validation activities throughout the planning and scheduling process.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate development and completion of analytical projects associated with production plans, inventory and capacity planning
• Comprehend a wide range of manufacturing processes; utilize capacity planning tools, industry related software, and SOPs. Make recommendations for improvements as appropriate.
• Keeps up to date on materials and systems used by the company, and more broadly within the entire industry in order to identify trends and best practices that will allow the company to operate more efficiently
Job Qualifications and Experience-
• Bachelors or advanced degree in Business Management or a related technical field. 
• Minimum 10 years work experience directly related to coordinating and leading production planning and scheduling.
• Experience assessing and auditing project schedules and physical progress.
