We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Outdoor Sales Executive
to join our team and drive business development within the
Oil & Gas sector
. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of
ADNOC Onshore and Offshore requirements
and be experienced in handling the complete sales and tendering process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients within the Oil & Gas industry.
Manage the complete prequalification process, ensuring all documentation complies with client and regulatory standards.
Maintain and update company profiles on client procurement portals (e.g., ADNOC, Ariba, NPCC, etc.).
Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical and commercial data for bid submissions.
Actively manage and follow up on submitted proposals and tendering processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams of key Oil & Gas companies.
Track and manage RFQs, submitted proposals, and awarded contracts.
Monitor tender portals and ensure timely responses to new opportunities.
Provide administrative and documentation support for the Oil & Gas sales team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in sales or business development, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
In-depth knowledge of UAE tendering and procurement procedures, especially related to ADNOC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
