Job Description
Plan and optimize product placement across store shelves to maximize visibility and sales. Create and update planograms that align with the company's goals and merchandising strategy. Manage product placement in the Rimi placement management system, following category manager guidelines. Support store teams by providing clear communication and complete planogram data for smooth implementation. Recommend improvements to category managers regarding shelf placement and other factors affecting planogram quality. Visit stores to compare actual layouts with planograms and identify areas for correction. Participate in planogram development for new store openings and store remodeling projects.
Job Requirements
Completed or ongoing higher education in economics, business administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, purchasing, or category/category management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Strong communication abilities. Proactive, energetic, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
