The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience preparing authentic pizzas, managing dough preparation, and operating wood-fired or electric pizza ovens. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and presentation of our pizzas while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas according to restaurant standards and recipes.
Manage dough preparation, fermentation, and stretching.
Operate and maintain pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or electric).
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepped for service.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Uphold consistency in portion sizes, presentation, and taste.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Pizzaiola in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of pizza-making techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
