We are looking for a skilled Pizza & Pasta Maker to join our restaurant team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh pizza dough daily, including mixing, kneading, and portioning.
Stretch and shape dough to make consistent pizza bases.
Prepare pizzas by adding sauces, toppings, and cheese according to recipes or customer orders.
Bake pizzas to perfection in the oven.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the preparation area, equipment, and utensils.
Monitor inventory of pizza ingredients and report shortages.
Follow food safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
Own Visa Required
Previous experience as a pizza maker, baker, or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment (mixers, ovens, dough rollers).
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
