Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the effective implementation of HR strategy aligned with organizational goals. Key areas include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
Foster strong employee relations by addressing grievances and conflicts
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent retention
Oversee HR systems, policies, and procedures across departments
Create and maintain a positive work environment and culture
Supervise the performance appraisal system to ensure high performance
Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits plans
Evaluate training needs and support employee development programs
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations
Provide HR insights and data to support management decisions
Mentor and lead HR team members for growth and productivity
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of HR metrics and HRIS systems
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to design HR strategies and drive execution
Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
Industry experience in [e.g., automotive, tech, retail] preferred
Familiarity with tools like Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors
