As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic consultant to business leaders on all human resource-related issues. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies that directly support the company's ambitious business goals. Your deep expertise will be crucial in enhancing organizational effectiveness, building a high-performance culture, and leading complex change initiatives.
? Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnering:

  • Serve as the single point of contact and trusted advisor to senior business leaders within your designated division(s).
  • Translate business priorities into a clear and actionable people strategy.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights for decision-making on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Performance & Talent Management:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the end-to-end performance management cycle.
  • Coach and mentor line managers on effective goal setting, constructive feedback, performance improvement plans, and talent development.
  • Drive succession planning and talent calibration sessions to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
Organizational Development (OD) & Change Management:
  • Diagnose organizational challenges and design interventions to improve team dynamics, collaboration, and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage complex change initiatives, such as restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, or cultural transformation programs.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
HR Operations & Employee Relations:
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee and manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
? Candidate Profile / Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist or HR Consultancy roles, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP capacity.
  • Industry Background: Proven experience within the automobile, automotive, or related engineering/manufacturing sectors is highly preferred. Candidates from other fast-paced, service-oriented industries will also be considered.
  • Core Expertise:
  • Performance Management: Mastery in designing and leading modern performance management systems.
  • Organizational Development (OD): Proven ability in OD diagnostics, change management, and designing strategic interventions.
  • Strategic HR Partnering: Demonstrable experience as a true strategic partner to C-suite or senior leadership.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree and relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP, GPHR) are strongly preferred.
  • Location & Availability: Must be currently located in the UAE and available for an immediate start.
