As a Piping Supervisor, you will lead and manage multinational construction teams, ensuring all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications. Your role involves close coordination with project teams, clients, and subcontractors, while maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout the execution process. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise piping construction crews across heavy industrial project sites
• Ensure adherence to all safety procedures, quality standards, and project specifications
• Manage and control a diverse workforce to achieve construction targets
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors for effective project delivery
• Lead daily toolbox talks and enforce safe working practices
• Provide hands-on guidance to foremen and pipefitters on execution and progress
• Monitor material usage, workforce deployment, and schedule alignment
• Report on work progress, manpower planning, and technical challenges
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to best practices

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in piping construction on heavy industrial sites
• Prior experience in shipyards, refineries, petrochemical plants, or power projects
• Proven ability to manage multicultural teams in high-pressure environments
• Strong knowledge of piping engineering standards and ISO 9001
• Skilled in using MS Word, Excel, Primavera, MS Project
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• English language proficiency; additional language skills are an advantage
• Certifications like CSWIP and ASNT Level II preferred
