We are urgently seeking experienced

Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisors

with a strong industrial background for ongoing projects in the UAE. Candidates must have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in supervising E&I works in industrial facilities, including oil & gas, power plants, or heavy manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems. Ensure execution of site activities as per approved drawings, method statements, and industry standards. Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, QA/QC, and HSE teams for smooth project execution. Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project schedules. Conduct inspections and ensure work is compliant with client and project specifications. Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies on site. Enforce HSE guidelines and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering. 10 to 15 years of experience in industrial projects (preferably within the UAE). Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC). Hands-on experience in managing field teams and site operations. Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and industrial safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
