Piping Foreman
Job Description
Oversees and coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems on construction or industrial sites. This role ensures that all piping work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct piping crews, including welders, pipefitters, and helpers
Interpret piping drawings, isometric diagrams, and specifications
Plan daily work activities and allocate resources effectively
Ensure proper installation of pipes, valves, and fittings according to design
Monitor progress and ensure work is completed on schedule
Inspect work for quality and compliance with safety standards
Coordinate with other trades and project managers to avoid conflicts
Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and progress
Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to the team
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a piping foreman or senior pipefitter
Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding techniques, and materials
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Familiarity with industry codes (ASME, API, etc.)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Safety-conscious with knowledge of HSE regulations
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
