Job Title: Piping Foreman

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full-Time, Immediate Joining

Job Overview:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Piping Foreman to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the piping installation, maintenance, and repair operations on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring that all piping work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision: Lead and manage a team of pipefitters, welders, and other tradesmen to ensure efficient and high-quality work.

Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily piping activities, ensuring all tasks are completed as per the project schedule.

Quality Control: Inspect piping installations to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

Safety Management: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.

Material Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of piping materials, tools, and equipment.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the piping installation process.

Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on work progress, safety, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Piping Foreman in the construction or industrial sector.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications in piping, plumbing, or welding are a plus.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities. In-depth knowledge of piping systems, blueprints, and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment related to piping.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical positions, including standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on-site environments.
