Piping Foreman

Job Description
We are looking for Piping Foreman, he will responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems on construction sites. This role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate pipefitters, welders, and laborers on site. Interpret piping drawings, isometrics, and blueprints. Ensure proper installation of piping systems including valves, fittings, supports, and hangers. Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to crew members. Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Inspect work progress and quality to ensure compliance with specifications. Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve issues. Maintain records of work progress, materials, and crew hours. Order materials and ensure timely delivery to support continuous workflow. Train and mentor junior crew members and enforce best practices. Identify and troubleshoot piping problems and recommend solutions. Coordinate pressure testing and inspections as needed.
