Key Responsibilities:

• Pipedrive Configuration and Customization:

• Customize and configure Pipedrive CRM to align with our specific business needs.
• Create and maintain custom fields, workflows, pipelines, and automation rules.
• Data Management:

• Import, cleanse, and organize data within Pipedrive to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Implement data deduplication strategies to maintain a clean database.
• Integration Management:

• Integrate Pipedrive with other relevant tools and systems (e.g., email, marketing automation) to streamline processes.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Pipedrive and integrated applications.
• User Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to team members on how to effectively use Pipedrive to optimize their workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any user-related issues promptly.
• Reporting and Analytics:

• Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards within Pipedrive to track key sales and CRM metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Workflow Optimization:

• Continuously assess and optimize CRM workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Implement best practices for lead and contact management.
• Security and Compliance:

• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Implement access controls and permissions within Pipedrive.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pipedrive CRM Expert or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully configuring and managing Pipedrive for business needs.
• In-depth knowledge of Pipedrive CRM features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data management, including data import, deduplication, and maintenance.
• Experience with CRM integrations and understanding of API integrations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and supporting team members.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
• Relevant certifications or training in Pipedrive CRM is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with sales and marketing processes, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Experience in real estate , Health & ecommerce or a related field.
• Project management skills to oversee CRM-related initiatives.
