  • Hiring, coaching and developing of sales team members.
  • Performance manage the team in order to achieve great results.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected outcomes in merchants and sales value.
  • The ability to inspect sales activity and input amongst the sales team and territories to effectively manage the team.
  • Ensure that pipeline generation is performed by the team through calls, visits and other cold methods so that business objectives are met.
  • Support the success of the team by working with Sales Operations by identifying and
implementing sales tools and initiatives.
  • Monitoring the forecast of the team to ensure that sufficient pipeline coverage is available to hit targets.
  • Able to effectively collect market feedback from the team and communicate that with internal stakeholders to help iterate on strategies and product development.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Hitting assigned team quota on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Performance management of the team - ability to coach and manage out if needed.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience working in sales for a high-growth SaaS or software company -
specifically in an outbound motion.
  • Self driven, proactive, positive attitude and generally good to be around - many team members will be looking up to you.
  • Ability to work across different functions from Product, Marketing, Engineering and Finance
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data.
  • A self starter who is able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment with little supervision.
  • Ability to use Hubspot CRM and other common sales tools.
  • Arabic & English reading, writing and speaking skills.

Additional Information
Note:
This role will involve extensive travel within Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
