We work with top developers and help to acquire the best real estate for personal use and for investment purposes. The SPI team are the best brokers leading the world of real estate in Dubai, always listening and satisfying the needs of clients. We are looking for an ambitious Real Estate Broker. We will definitely match if you have: \xe2\x80\xa2 Successful experience in real estate sales from 1 year; \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive thinking and a high level of empathy; \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills and the ability to get along with anyone; \xe2\x80\xa2 Readiness for constant learning and development; \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in written and spoken English at least Intermediate; \xe2\x80\xa2 You already live in Dubai, or are ready to move. Will be a plus: \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with CRM (Google Data Studio/Tableau/Pipedrive, Hubspot).

Requirements
What we expect from you: \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional negotiation: coordination of positions, bringing negotiations to a result, search for compromise solutions; \xe2\x80\xa2 Search, selection of real estate on request; \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge in sales (the ability to identify a need, present yourself and the project, answer customer questions, sign a contract); \xe2\x80\xa2 Registration of transactions; \xe2\x80\xa2 Work on the development of a personal brand; \xe2\x80\xa2 Accompanying the client at all stages of the transaction.
