Install, assemble, and maintain chilled water piping systems, including cutting, threading, and welding pipes.
Measure, mark, and prepare pipes for installation by cutting, threading, and bending pipes using hand and power tools.
Install supports, brackets, and hangers to ensure proper alignment and stability of piping systems.
Perform leak testing and ensure all chilled water pipes are securely fitted and meet safety and operational standards.
Troubleshoot and repair piping systems, including replacing worn or damaged sections.
Ensure proper insulation of chilled water pipes to maintain system efficiency.
Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of piping systems.
Adhere to safety protocols and work within company and industry standards at all times.
